Marvel and Stantec worked together on the redesign and reconstruction of the 107th Street Pier and the Bobby Wagner Walk Esplanade, spanning from 94th to 124th Street. This transformative project seeks to revitalize aging infrastructure and enhance connectivity along the Manhattan Greenway, expanding equitable access to the waterfront in a neighborhood long affected by systemic disinvestment.
