Marvel, in collaboration with Stantec, is leading the relocation and reconstruction of the 107th Street Pier, as well as the redesign of the Bobby Wagner Walk Esplanade from 94th Street to 124th Street. This project aims to revitalize deteriorating infrastructure and improve connectivity along the Manhattan Greenway, democratizing access to the waterfront in a neighborhood that has historically faced systemic disinvestment.
